In 1984 California Dreaming - The Restaurant and Bar
at Union Station
opened in Columbia, South Carolina.  This began
the family of 18 restaurants now operated by CentraArchy
Restaurant Management Company, with two more currently on
the drawing board and gradual expansion planned thereafter.

While each restaurant is separately owned and
most are different concepts, CentraArchy manages each
unit with one simple Mission Statement:
"To operate unique restaurants where our people are able
to create a dining experience that exceeds our
guests' expectations and, in so doing, achieve the highest
potential in their food service careers."

The food in CentraArchy restaurants varies from Tex-Mex
to Prime Steak, but the majority of our units serve
casual American cuisine. Ten locations are in South Carolina,
Six in Georgia, one in Florida and one in North Carolina.

In each case, CentraArchy restaurants are the largest volume
units of their kind in their respective markets. We believe this is
because we offer outstanding food priced modestly for the quality
and competently served. Our facilities are also spectacular
with several of our restaurants having won design awards.
We go to great lengths to ensure that in each restaurant you will
be comfortable and feel special.
