Management salaries are competitive and are determined at the time of hire.

Managers are immediately eligible for Medical, Dental and Life and Disability Insurance from the date of hire.

401(K)
Any employee over 21 years old and employed for at least 6 months is eligible to enroll in our 401 (K) plan.
Employees may deduct from 1-15% of their paycheck. CentraArchy will match half of the employee's deduction up to 3% of the paycheck (up to $1500 in one calendar year). An employee becomes fully vested after four years of service.
Relocation
Ability to relocate is not a condition of employment. Relocation assistance is provided to transferring managers.
